Kim Haus Vault Room
The highlight of Kim Haus is definitely the 100 years old safe vault which could be turn into a private dining room or event space. It's kept in it's original condition with a metal strong door that works on timer and another extra metal door. The purpose of this vault room was used to keep gold bars during the olden days. We have the biggest vault room in Penang, and it has been utilised as a private dining room which decked with luxurious decor. Vault room always turned out to be one of the favourite spot to dine by our guests.

Vault room is perfect for events such as private meeting, corporate event, annual dinner, family gathering, birthday party and etc. Of course, we also host before big events such as Georgetown Festival(screening of short movies by local movie directors), the annual Georgetown Literacy festival welcome dinner,Obscura photography international workshop and the list goes on.

The whole vault room area can accommodate up to 40 pax. Feel free to pre-order food & beverages from us in advance to reduce the waiting time on the day itself. Kim Haus Museum Bar @ Level 2
We host and organize events, from arranging for musicians, to food and drinks. It can be private events, retirement, graduation parties to birthday celebration. Kim Haus Museum Bar can cater up to 120 people. If you come in small groups, we a have tables that could fit up to 6 people. The stage has all the necessary sound equipments and instruments, projector screen that connects to laptop and it's being controlled from the bar.
Musicians and performers are welcome to book the venue for their ticket show.

If you're looking at planning some events and require live band performance, we could also help you with the arrangement. The rates for solo musician for an evening starts from RM300, 2 pieces from RM500, 3 pieces from RM750 onwards.
Feel free to drop by and join us for our daily live band performance. Our designated talented musician and performers will be performing every single night, starting from 9pm till late night. Spending some quality time with friends and family while enjoying to music is much needed after a long day of work.

You can select the food & drinks from our extensive range of menu(pre order basis 1 days before the event). If you require any cakes for celebration, we do have an in house bakery where we could customise the whole cake according to your preference.

Part of our gold smith museum is also located at level 2. You can get to see the displays of gold smith artifacts and also various type of tools used during the olden days. All of the displays are very rare and it's very hard to see it at other places. It can definitely open up your eyes and give you a wider exposure about what gold smith use during the olden days without the aid of modern technology.

Century Bay
If you are looking for a space for gathering, birthday celebration or any other events, lounge area at Century bay will be one of your option. Our lounge area is located at level 2, it's an open concept space. We do have an in house cafe that serves burger, light bites, beer and hand crafted beverages. The space is near to the swimming pool which gives you a scenic view. Of course, it's also a perfect space if you wish to organize poolside party.
