3. Payment and Cancellation Policy, What is your cancellation policy?
Ans: You may cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your arrival date. If you do not cancel by this time, you will be charged for one night’s stay (room charge + taxes). To cancel your reservations done on our website, kindly email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that reservations made via a 3rd party booking service (e.g. Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, Expedia, Airbnb and etc) must be cancelled through their webite service, and cannot be cancelled by our Reservations Department.
4. What is the process to terminate the lease?
Ans: If the tenancy is for a year, then the tenant or occupant is required to give us a month notice in advance prior to the check out date. If the tenancy is for few months stay, then 14 days notice in advance prior to the check out date is required.
5. What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
Ans: All major credit card & debit card (no charges will be applied) for bookings made via online travel agent such as booking.com, agoda.com, and etc.

6. In what currency would we be billed?

Check In & Check Out Policy
1. Is there a place for me to store my luggage if I arrive before my check-in time or check out early?
Ans: Yes. You may store your luggage at the front desk. Please note overnight luggage storage is not available at any of our hotels. Guest are not allow to leave their valuable items in the luggage as the hotel will not be responsible of any losses.
2. Can I arrange an early check-in? or late check-out?
Ans: The official checkout time is 12 noon. Extended check out time till 12:30 p.m. is available. Please note that it is subject to room’s availability. Any late check out after 12.30 p.m. will be chargeable at RM20 per hour.
Check-in will starts from 2.00 p.m. onwards. Any early check in is only allowed starting from 12.00 p.m. onwards depending on room availability.
3. What is the latest check in time?
The latest check in time will be till 12:00am. It's the same throughout the week.

Ans: All reservation should be made via our website or from other online travel agent such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and etc.
2. If we do not have a Credit Card can we make our reservations via your Online Reservation Form and what are the procedures?
Ans: We are unable to process your reservation through the Internet without a valid and accepted credit card and expiration date. To make a reservation without using your credit card, please contact us. We will advise you further for bank-in process.
3. How far ahead should I make the reservations?
Ans: You must do reservation at least before 24 hours of your check in date.
4. Do you charge a security deposit and how much is it? Is the security deposit refundable or non-refundable?
Ans: Yes, we do take a security deposit of RM300 for short stay tenants and RM1,000 for long stay tenants. This security deposit is refundable upon check out after deducting all the pending payments of the final month stay.
5. Is alcohol permitted at your hotel and cafe?
Ans: No, we do not allow alcohol in our apartment, however we do have a bar/cafe in operation every evening, and our guest can have their drinks there.
6. What details are required while check-in after successful online reservation?
Ans: Guests are required to present proof of identity (NRIC/Passport) and valid photo identification.
7. Is your online reservation process secure to protect my personal and credit card information?
Ans:The hotel room reservation process through is safe and secure. Once you enter your Paypal information, your online reservation will be process through a secured computer server. Your personal information will be encrypted to keep it protected while in transit.

Ans: We have apartments that could accommodate up to 7 guests. In cases that you only booked a one bedroom apartment, then the maximum number of guest allowed is two. Management reserves the right to charge for additional people staying
3. Can I change my dates of stay?
Ans: Yes, any modification should be done 7 days prior to check in date. 4. What is the difference between a hotel and a serviced apartment?
Ans: Typically, serviced apartment is a fully-furnished apartment units ranging from studio type to larger size units like a 3-bedroom apartment, with kitchen, china-ware and electrical appliances. Facilities and Services include 24-hour guest service, housekeeping service(upon request), linen and towel changing service, as well as TV, radio, stereo, refrigerator, etc. Century Bay Private Residence also has high-speed Internet connection that is available in each apartment/penthouse/studio unit. Leasing term at Centre Point is flexible for both short-term and long-term stay

7. Can you confirm that the rental rate will include all utilities, cable television, cleaning service and unlimited internet service?
Ans: The rental is inclusive of electricity, water, gas, wifi, Astro, housekeeping, complimentary usage of club house facilities, parking. Utilities will be complimentary if guests use below 50 units per day (reasonable consumption), otherwise it will be base on the meter rate at
RM 0.70 per unit rate.
8. Is there wireless internet service? Is there any charges applied for Internet services?
Ans: Yes we ho have . No charges is applicable for Wifi.
9. Does your hotels offer courtesy airport transportation?
Ans: No. However, the concierge will be pleased to assist you with information and arrangements for Grabcar, taxis, limousines and rental cars.
10. Are pets allowed? If so, can you please advise on fees and any restrictions?
Ans: Yes, We do allow pets (Note: only small and medium sized pets) at no additional charges but the guest / occupant has full responsibility over it and any damages caused by the pet is bearable by the owner itself. The owner of the pet is also reliable for their cleanliness.
11. Does the kitchen contain (housewares, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, cooktops(hob), oven and kettle?

12.Our breakfast costs RM 12.00 per person (applicable for both adults & children). Operating hours from 7am till 11am daily at Level 2 Lounge. It's semi buffet style with ala carte meals i.e. omelette, eggs, pancakes and local delights (chef's special)
13. Priviliges for our in house guest
We have biscuits, drinks, coffee and tea available at level 2 lounge daily. But if you wish to have gourmet coffee, tea,lunch or dinner then you could visit Burger n Bites. It’s open daily around 12 noon till 11pm.
14. Bedroom configuration.
(i) For 1 bedroom, its a king size bed (no twin bedded configuration available).
(ii) For 2 bedroom, its a king size bed in room 1 and a queen size bed in room 2 (no other configuration available).
(iii) For 3 bedroom, its a king size bed in room 1 and a queen size bed in room 2 and a single bed in room 3.
Each apartment suites comes with a spacious living room and dining table, together with a fully fitted kitchen and washing machine.
